Semanticbits India Pvt. Ltd. is based out of an apartment in Shanti Nagar. Specifically, we are in Flat No 401 of the Jyothi Karthika Apartments, which is located in the Masab Tank area of Hyderabad. Our address is a bit of a mouthful with all those numbers like B/16410-2-289/64, but once you find the building, it is pretty easy. We work on software and data projects from this office. It is a quiet space, which is good because the work we do requires a lot of concentration. We are not a giant company with a glass building. We just have a regular office setup in a residential apartment complex. This works for us because it feels more relaxed and less like a typical corporate environment. There are about a dozen of us here on a typical day, tapping away at our keyboards. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee and sometimes have lunch together. Shanti Nagar is a nice area, and being in Masab Tank means we are fairly central to everything else in the city. The commute isn't too bad for most of the team. We just focus on getting our coding and data work done correctly. We don't really have walk-in customers since most of our work is done online, but we are always here during regular business hours. It is a practical way to run a tech business without all the unnecessary fluff. We usually keep the windows open to let in some air.
