We have our office located at H No 8 2 82/12 on Old Bowenpally Road in Hyderabad. This area of Bowenpally is always moving, with lots of local traffic and shops nearby. We mostly focus on kitchen appliances, specifically things like wet grinders and pressure cookers that people use every day. Our building serves as a hub for handling local distribution and helping customers who have issues with their machines. It is not a shiny new showroom; it is more of a practical space where we keep stock and have a few desks for the administrative work. People often drop by to ask about spare parts or to see the latest models we have in the back. The staff here has been around for a while, so they know the products inside and out. It gets quite warm in the building during the summer, but that is just Hyderabad for you. We don't spend much on advertising locally because most people already know where we are. We just try to make sure that if someone’s grinder stops working, we can help them get it fixed or find a replacement quickly. It is a steady business and we stay busy with the day-to-day tasks of managing orders and talking to dealers across the city. It is just a normal workplace with good people who understand the equipment well.
