We’ve been at this address for quite a while, and it has become like a second home to us. It’s not a flashy building with big signs or bright lights. Most of our day is spent organizing various household items and keeping track of what’s coming in and going out. We don't have a team of people in suits. It’s usually just a couple of us in casual clothes doing the work. The location behind the police station means it’s a safe, steady neighborhood. We don't really do any big promotions. We just open the doors in the morning and see who stops by. The interior is filled with shelves and boxes, and it’s not always perfectly tidy, but we know where everything is kept. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit muddy, which can be a nuisance for our visitors. We don't use fancy business language here; we just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. It’s a simple operation that provides what the local community needs. We don't have big ambitions to be a national chain; we’re just happy being a part of Vidya Nagar.
