Satish & Co. is situated at 59, Mubarak Bazaar on Abid Road. We are right near the Canara Bank branch. If you know Abid Road, you know how crowded and lively it gets. Mubarak Bazaar is always humming with people looking for one thing or another. Our shop is part of that bustle. It’s a small space, packed with whatever we’re dealing with at the moment. We’ve been here for a long time, and the walls show it. There’s a lot of history in this little corner. We see all kinds of people every day—regular customers who have been coming for years and newcomers who just happened to be passing by. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business inside out. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics. We just show people what we have and tell them the price. It’s simple. Sometimes we have to shout a bit to be heard over the noise of the traffic and the crowds outside. It’s all part of the experience of being in a traditional bazaar. By the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired, but it’s a good kind of tired. We lock up the shutters, say goodbye to the neighboring shopkeepers, and head home. It’s been our routine for years, and we don’t see any reason to change it. We’ll be here tomorrow morning just like always.
