Eagle Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Chabra Tower on the second floor. Our full address is 1-1-379/115/A/1, S.R.T. No. 42, right on the Jawahar Nagar Main Road. Being up on the second floor means we get a pretty good view of the traffic below, which is usually crawling along at a snail's pace. Our space is usually filled up with boxes of all different sizes—mixers, grinders, and whatever other appliances we are moving that month. It’s not the biggest office you’ve ever seen, so we have to be very careful about how we stack things so that nothing falls over. We have a small staff that handles the sales and looks after the walk-in customers who manage to find their way up the stairs. Chabra Tower is a busy building with lots of different businesses, so there’s always a mix of people in the hallway outside. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that; we just focus on making sure the stock we have is what people are actually looking for. Our days are filled with checking inventory lists, answering the landline, and talking to our distributors. It’s a very straightforward operation. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to carry boxes down by hand, which isn't exactly fun, but it’s just part of the daily grind. We keep a pot of tea going and try to stay on top of the orders.
