You can find us on the third floor of the building at 5/35/277B in Prasanthi Nagar. We deal with RO systems and various water products, mostly focusing on filters and spare parts. Being up on the third floor means a lot of carrying boxes and equipment up and down the stairs, which keeps us busy throughout the day. The space is filled with pipes, membranes, and tanks. It is not a showroom at all, just a place where we assemble stuff and keep our stock. Sometimes it is a bit of a mess with all the small parts lying around, but we generally know where everything is. We spend a lot of time out at customer sites too, fixing things that have stopped working or need a new filter. When we are actually at the shop, we are usually testing units or answering phone calls from people who need their water sorted out. It is a small operation. We do not have fancy uniforms or a big sign out front. Kukatpally is a busy area, and we have been a part of this community for a while now. The water around here can be tough, so there is always someone needing a repair. We just take it one day at a time and try to get the jobs finished. It is practical work. We are just regular people who know how these machines work and we stay in our little corner.
