Scoat Pharma

Scoat Pharma is tucked away in the Aleap Industrial Area. It’s the kind of place where everyone is doing something different—one neighbor might be making plastic parts while we’re focused on pharma. We like the energy of the industrial estate. There’s always someone moving a pallet or a truck backing into a narrow space. Our facility isn't the biggest, but we use every square inch of it. We’ve got our production area, a small spot for storage, and a corner for the desk work. It gets a bit cramped when a big delivery arrives, but we make it work. Most of us have been in this industry for a long time. We’ve seen companies come and go, but we just keep doing our thing. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy websites. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or were told about us by a friend. We just try to be straight with people. If we can do a job, we say so. If we can’t, we don’t lead anyone on. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it’s worked for us so far. The guys in the workshop know their machines inside and out. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’re proud of what we do here in Aleap. We usually eat lunch together in the small breakroom when we find the time.
