Our spot is located on Road No 10 in Jubilee Hills, specifically at Plot No.374 A. The address is a bit of a mouthful, 8-2-293/82/a/435 A to be exact. SBKSSAAS Builders and Developers Private Limited is a local outfit. Jubilee Hills is a well-known part of Hyderabad, but we stay focused on the work rather than the fancy surroundings. The office is where we do all the planning and meet with the guys from the sites. We handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff ourselves. It is a mix of office work and field work. Some mornings we are here early to go over the drawings, and by lunch, we are out checking on a foundation or a wall. Shaikpet is nearby and we do a lot around there too. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just know how to build and that is what we do. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or a supplier misses a delivery, and we have to scramble. That is just the way it goes in this business. We have a small team and everyone pitches in. You might see us carrying boxes or moving equipment just as often as you see us at a desk. We just want to do a decent job and stay on track with our projects. It is hard work but we enjoy seeing the progress every single day. That is what keeps us coming back.
