We’ve been here at 5-6-672 in Gunfoundry for a good while now. Most people know us because we are right beside Lepakshi, which makes it easy to find us if you are walking around the area. Savita Handicrafts Emporium&Kavita Sabharwal Colle is a bit of a long name, I know, but it’s just what we call the place. We have all sorts of things packed inside. It gets a bit crowded sometimes with all the handicrafts and items Kavita keeps bringing in. People come in from the street just to look at what’s new on the shelves. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular shop where we try to keep things organized but usually fail because there’s so much stuff. Some days are quiet, especially when the weather is too hot, and we just sit and wait for the regulars to stop by. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth usually works fine for us. If you’re near the Gunfoundry area, you’ll see our door. We spend a lot of time rearranging the displays, though they never stay neat for long once customers start looking through the collections. It is a local spot, nothing more. We just like having these items available for whoever needs them. Sometimes we have tea and talk to whoever walks in, even if they aren't buying anything that day. That's just how we do things here.
