Handicraft Boutique

If you live around the Aparna Sarovar area, you’ve probably walked past our little boutique. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main city markets, which is actually why we like being here. We started this place because we wanted a small corner to keep the things we find from different artisans. It isn't a huge showroom or anything like that. We just have a few shelves and racks where we display the latest items that have arrived. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when a new shipment of pottery or textiles comes in, and we’re still moving boxes around. We usually open up in the mornings and stay until the evening when the residents are out for their walks. It’s a nice way to spend the day, chatting with neighbors who pop in just to see what’s new. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who take turns looking after the place. We try to keep the lights on and the dust off the items, but sometimes things get a bit messy during the busy weeks. It’s just a local shop for the people living nearby. We don't have fancy displays or those bright mall lights. It’s just us and our collection of crafts in a simple room. We hope people find something they like when they wander in, but there’s no pressure at all for anyone to buy.
