Our Reliance Retail Ltd. (Epc) office is tucked away in Safilguda, Hyderabad. We’re in Flat 203 of the Naidu’S Ratna Residency on 6th Cross in Dayanad Nagar. It’s more of a residential feel around here, which makes for a quieter workday compared to the middle of the city. We’ve been using this flat as our base for a while. It’s got enough room for our desks and all the files we need to keep track of. Being in a residency means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we try not to make too much noise. The 500047 area is a good spot to be in. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here, mostly paperwork and coordination. It isn’t always the most exciting work, but it’s what keeps the business moving forward. We aren't into the whole corporate polish. We wear regular clothes, drink a lot of tea, and just focus on the lists we have for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it when things are back to normal. It’s a very human way of working. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the people living in the building. It feels more like being part of a community than just being an office.
