Sathvi Infra Llp

Sathvi Infra Llp is based in the Saha Building on Road No. 11 in Banjara Hills. We are up on the 5th floor, in Shop No. 8/2/616/1. Even though Banjara Hills is a pretty upscale area, our office is quite functional and down-to-earth. We focus on infrastructure projects. This means we spend a lot of our time dealing with technical drawings and talking to engineers. It’s a lot of coordination. The view from the 5th floor is nice, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. We got into this line of work because we had some experience in construction and wanted to branch out on our own. It’s been a learning curve, for sure. Every project has its own set of problems, whether it’s a delay in materials or some technical glitch that needs fixing. We don't claim to be perfect, but we stay until the job is done. People come to us because they want someone who will actually listen to their requirements without giving them a rehearsed sales pitch. We just talk like regular people and explain the situation as it is. It’s a busy office, and there’s always someone on a call or looking over a blueprint. We’ve been here for a bit now and have grown used to the pace of this neighborhood. It’s a lot of work, but we keep at it.
