If you're looking for Sashira Builders Private Limited, we're over in Kukatpally at KPHB Colony. We have our office on the 2nd floor of P NO 58 HIG, right in the 5th phase. It's a pretty active neighborhood. There’s always something going on downstairs or in the streets nearby. We’ve been here for a bit, and it feels like home now. The 5th phase is a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't have a giant sign or anything, just our name on the door. Inside, it's mostly just us working through our daily lists. Sashira Builders is a small operation, really. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. Kukatpally is a big area, and being in KPHB Colony means we're close to a lot of other businesses too. Sometimes the 2nd floor gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we manage. We’re not trying to be some huge corporate entity; we’re just local builders doing our thing. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is moving along. We have our regulars who drop in to check on things. It’s a simple setup with just enough space for our desks and a place to sit. Telangana is full of builders, and we’re just one of the ones working out of this little corner of Kukatpally. We keep it honest and just focus on getting things done.
