Sarat Yenigalla

Sarat Yenigalla is the name on the door here at our place near the Hyderabad GPO. I have been running things from this location for a while now, and it’s become like a second home to me. The office is tucked away in a building that has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. I handle a lot of the day-to-day operations myself, from answering the door to making sure the bills get paid. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and it keeps me busy. The GPO area is always bustling, and I enjoy the sound of the city waking up in the morning when I arrive. I usually start the day by cleaning off my desk, which somehow gets covered in dust overnight. There isn't a big marketing team behind me or any glossy brochures. People find out about us because they know someone who has been here before. I think being in Hyderabad 500001 gives us a certain perspective on how things work in this city. You have to be flexible and ready for anything, whether it's a sudden rainstorm or a guest who shows up without calling first. I try to keep things simple and treat everyone who walks in with a bit of respect. It’s a small operation, but it’s mine and I am proud of that. We just do what we can.
