Saradhix Private Limited is located at Flat 603 in Block A over in Nizampet. It’s a residential area mostly, so our office feels a bit more like a home than a cold corporate building. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the pace of life in this part of the city. There are a lot of families around, so it stays relatively quiet during the day while everyone is at school or work. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us working out of this flat. We find that we get more done when things are informal and we can just talk to each other across the room. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people who come to see us already know where Block A is. We focus on our daily tasks and try not to get caught up in the stress of the business world. Nizampet is growing fast, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. At Saradhix Private Limited, we value the fact that we can work in a comfortable environment. We don't have a dress code or strict rules about lunch breaks. As long as the work gets finished, everyone is happy. It’s a bit different from the big offices downtown, but it works for us and the way we live.
