Our place is located at Plot No. 19 in the North Phase V area of KPHB Colony. If you’ve ever been to KPHB, you know it’s a massive residential and commercial hub. We’ve been operating SANTHI NILAYAM PROJECTS LLP from this spot for quite a bit. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. People usually find us because they live in the colony or have heard about us from someone else. The office is where we handle all the logistics and the planning for our various builds. It’s a bit of a tight space when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on permits. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a local business trying to do things the right way. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so we’re like a small family. We know the local regulations inside out and we try to be as helpful as possible when people have questions. There’s always a lot of activity in Phase V, and we’re right in the thick of it. We just focus on the next step and try to keep things moving along without making any unnecessary noise or using big words to sound important.
