Our office is up on the fourth floor of Adityaram Square, right above the bank on Road No. 36 in Jubilee Hills. It’s a busy building in a busy part of the city. We do a lot of different things here at Sankalp Nirman, mostly focusing on infrastructure and projects that keep us occupied all week. It isn't a retail shop where people just wander in off the street, but we are always around for meetings. The office has a lot of maps and plans rolled up in the corners. We aren't interested in making things look perfect for a magazine. We just want to get the work done. Building things takes a lot of time and a lot of patience with all the rules and regulations. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve learned that being direct is the best way to handle business. You won't find us using a lot of corporate talk. We prefer to talk about the actual bricks and mortar or the ground we are working on. It’s a small team here, and everyone wears a few different hats. Sometimes it gets a little loud when we are all trying to coordinate, but that’s just how it is when projects are moving. We like being in Jubilee Hills because it’s central to everything we need to reach for our daily site visits.
