Sanjeev Reddy Developers Private Limited

We have our setup over at Plot No.175 in the Vediri Township area. Sanjeev Reddy Developers Private Limited is really just a group of us working out of the Hmt Swarna Puri Colony. It is located in Ameenpur village, which is right by the Bhel Post in Hyderabad. We have been in the Medak district for some time now and the 502032 pin code is where you can find us most days. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place with some desks and a lot of papers scattered around from different projects. We spend a good chunk of our time walking around sites in Telangana, checking on how things are coming along. It gets pretty hot during the summer months here, so we try to get most of the outdoor stuff done early in the morning. People in the colony usually know us by name since we’ve been around for a while. There is always something to do, whether it is talking to workers or dealing with the local authorities about permits. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s a practical way to run a business and we don’t really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. If you come by the township, you will likely see our trucks parked outside the plot. We just take things one day at a time and try to finish what we started without making a big fuss about it.
