Sangam Estates

We are located in R R Towers, specifically in Office Number 501. This is right on Chirag Ali Lane in the Abids area. Abids is such an old and busy part of Hyderabad, so there is always something going on outside. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly it is just other rooftops and the street below. We have been operating from this building for quite a while. Our daily routine is pretty basic. We show up, open the windows, and start going through the property files. Real estate involves a lot of waiting and a lot of talking. We spend our time checking on documents and meeting with people who want to buy or sell. The office has that lived-in feel, with mismatched furniture and old files tucked into cabinets. We are not into big presentations. Usually, it is just a conversation over a cup of tea. Chirag Ali Lane can get really jammed with cars, so we usually tell people to come early. It is a practical space for us. We know the Abids market well because we see it every day. It is not about being the biggest office in the tower, just about being there when someone needs to find a place. We keep our paperwork organized as much as we can. It is just steady work for us day in and day out, and we like the location here.
