We are located at GA-12 in Chaitanya Towers, which is in Prashantinagar, Kukatpally. It’s a well-known building in the area, so we aren’t too hard to find if you’re looking for us. Sandeep Cement Agencies is mainly where we handle the distribution side of things. It’s more of an office and a small storage point than a full-scale yard like some others have. The office is usually humming with the sound of phones and the fan overhead. Kukatpally is a crowded area, so getting here in the evenings can be a bit of a chore with the traffic on the main roads. We’ve got a small group of people working here, mostly just handling orders and making sure the trucks are going to the right sites. It’s not the most glamorous job, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we know all the ins and outs of the cement trade. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and a few charts to keep track of the deliveries. There’s a tea shop just around the corner where we usually go when things get a bit too stressed or the weather is nice. The office is filled with files and the smell of paper. We don’t do a lot of fancy talking to get customers. People call us up, they need cement, and we figure out how to get it to them. It’s simple, really. We just show up every morning and do the work.
