Our office is on the third floor of House Number 20-60, right at Plot Number 134. We’ve been here for a good while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us over the years. The address is technically Survey Number 44/1 if you’re looking at the old land records. We deal with housing and infrastructure stuff, which means a lot of time spent in meetings or out looking at plots of land. It’s not the most glamorous job in the world, but it’s what we do. The office is usually full of maps and blueprints that have been rolled up and moved around a hundred times by now. We like being in Miyapur because it’s active and there’s always something going on nearby. Being in the 500049 area means we’re close to a lot of the newer developments. We don’t really use big words or try to act like we’re some massive corporation. It’s just us here, working through the daily grind. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but we’re on the third floor so the stairs aren't too bad. We just want to get the work done and make sure the housing projects are moving forward like they should. It’s a practical business for practical people here in Telangana.
