Our shop is located at House Number 74 in Hemanth Nagar, right near the Outer Ring Road in Marathahalli. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know how busy that road gets with all the IT offices and traffic. We’ve been here for a while, and Vasantha Kumari is usually around to help out. It’s a small place, tucked away a bit from the main chaos of the highway. We handle a lot of Samsung repairs and questions from people living in the apartments nearby. Most days are pretty similar, just opening up and seeing what the morning brings. Sometimes it’s a lot of cracked screens, other times it’s people confused about their new phone settings. We aren't some big high-tech lab, just a practical workspace with the tools we need. The noise from the Ring Road is always there in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a big lounge, just a couple of chairs for whoever is waiting. We try to get things back to people as fast as possible, but we don't like to rush the work and mess it up. It’s just a normal job for us, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in Marathahalli since we started. It’s a busy life, but we like being right where the action is.
