Samsthita Techpark Llp

Samsthita Techpark LLP is over in Manikonda, specifically in the Green Grace Apartment building. We are in Flat No 102 on the 2nd floor. The address is Road No 5L in Panchavati Colony. Manikonda has become a huge hub for people working in tech, and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with tech park services and management, which basically means we spend our time looking after the spaces and systems that other tech folks use. It’s an LLP, so it’s a bit of a smaller, more personal setup than a giant corporation. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big sign outside. Most of the time we are just busy on our laptops or talking to people about their office needs. The apartment setup for the office makes it feel a bit more like home, which is nice when you're working long hours. We don't use a lot of promotional language to describe what we do. We just provide the space and the tech support that’s needed. The traffic in the Rangareddi area can be tough, but being in Manikonda is convenient for a lot of reasons. There are plenty of cafes nearby where we sometimes go to talk about things and get some fresh air. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a good, reliable service for the people who use our tech park facilities. It’s a simple business model and we like to keep it that way for everyone.
