SAMPRADAYA HOMES LLP

Our place is Flat No. 305 in the Mathru Sri Homes building. We are located in Mathru Sri Nagar, right next to the Bommarillu Restaurant in Miyapur. If you are ever nearby, you can usually smell whatever they are cooking for lunch, which makes us all hungry way before it’s actually time to eat. Sampradaya Homes LLP is a small outfit, and we mostly focus on the technical side of housing projects. The office is pretty cramped because we have so many files and catalogs taking up space on the desks. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and trying to solve problems that come up during construction. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when you have to spend all day out in the sun or dealing with city permits. We usually have a few people coming in and out, like electricians or plumbers who need to talk about a specific detail. Most of the time, the office is a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once. We like being in Miyapur because it’s a good location for the type of work we do, even if the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare sometimes. We don't have any fancy marketing people; we just do our work and hope the results are okay. We’ve had the same old furniture for years, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works fine for us.
