Samantaray Buildcon Private Limited is tucked away in Ramanthapur. We are in Flat No. 506 at Sri Sai Gardens, which is in the Ganesh Nagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a quiet enough place to work, though the city noise is always there in the background. We spend most of our time coordinating between different sites and making sure we have enough workers for the jobs we take on. Hyderabad is growing so fast, and being part of that growth is interesting, even if it’s just in a small way. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Our office is where the real work happens, with maps on the walls and plenty of tea being made throughout the day. Some days are longer than others, especially when a deadline is coming up or a shipment of cement is late. We’ve all been doing this for long enough to know that things rarely go exactly as planned. You just have to be flexible and keep your head down. We like being in Ramanthapur because it feels like a real neighborhood, not just a business district. Our team is small, and we all know each other well, which makes the hard days a bit easier to handle. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to build solid things that people can actually use. That’s what keeps us going every morning when we open the office.
