It’s a bit of a maze back here in these lanes, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows the spot. We are engineers, but we don't work in a big glass building. Our office is right in the heart of the neighborhood. It’s a busy area with students and families all around. We usually have a lot of paperwork on the desks and drawings pinned to the walls. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We handle local engineering projects and try to keep things simple. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic makes us late, but that’s just life in Hyderabad. We’ve been part of this community for years. We aren't trying to compete with the big IT firms in Hitech City. We just do our engineering work for the people who come to us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We know our neighbors and they know us. Most of our day is spent solving small problems so they don't become big ones. That is just how we work. We don't spend time on social media or advertising. We just focus on the drawings.
