Saipratap Projects is located in Vittalrao Nagar, which is right in the Madhapur area. Our address is Plot 31, and the door number is 1-9-2/11/5. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows where it is. Madhapur is the heart of the tech and building scene in Hyderabad, so there’s never a quiet moment. We focus on various projects around the city. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s a working space with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We spend our time managing site crews and making sure materials show up on time. It can be a bit chaotic some days. We aren't some big firm with a hundred employees. We are a smaller team and we like it that way. You get to know everyone. There’s a lot of competition in Telangana, but we just focus on what’s right in front of us. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up paperwork or deal with a site issue. It’s just part of the job. We don't have a marketing team, so we just talk to people directly. If you walk into our office, you’ll see us working on actual stuff, not sitting in meetings all day. We’ve seen the city change so much from this office. It’s a grind, but we like seeing things actually get built.
