We deal with the usual headaches like paperwork delays and changing regulations. It’s just part of the life. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write glossy brochures for us. We just talk to people. Sometimes we have to drive out to various sites across the city, which can take hours in this traffic, but it’s necessary. Being a private limited company sounds formal, but inside these walls, we’re just a small group of people trying to make things work. We value honesty because it makes everything easier in the long run. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months. There’s no point in making things sound better than they actually are.
