SAIGMR CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Kukatpally. Specifically, we are up on the 5th Floor of Padmavathi Villa, Flat No 502. If you know A S Raju Nagar, you probably know where we are. It is a busy area and that suits us just fine. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at plans on the table. We have been in the construction game for a bit now. It is mostly about managing the different crews and making sure the concrete and steel are where they need to be. Sometimes it gets loud with all the phones ringing, but that is how it goes in this business. We do not have a big reception area with coffee or anything like that. It is more of a working office where we deal with the reality of building things. Kukatpally has changed a lot since we started, and it is interesting to see all the new stuff going up around us. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, so the office is often just for the evening wrap-up. Our team is small, but everyone knows what they are doing. We just try to keep things moving forward without too much fuss. Construction has its ups and downs, especially with weather or deliveries, but we just deal with it and move to the next thing.
