Sai Venkateswara Rice Industries is out on Kankanalapally Road, specifically at Pl.No 128/B. We are in the village of Anishetty Duppalapally, near Tipparthy. If you’re driving on the Bypass Road, you can usually see our silos or the smoke from the processing. It’s a large plot, which is necessary because rice takes up a lot of room. The sound of the husking machines is pretty much constant from morning until evening. It’s a dusty job, and everyone here usually wears old clothes that they don’t mind getting dirty. We get trucks coming in from the fields all through the harvest season. Anishetty Duppalapally is a good place for a rice industry because of the local farms nearby. The Bypass Road makes it easy for the big lorries to get in and out without getting stuck in village traffic. Sai Venkateswara Rice Industries isn't a high-tech facility, but we have what we need to get the rice cleaned and packed. We have a small crew of local guys who have been with us for years. They know the machines better than anyone. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but it’s what we know. We don't spend much time on the computer; we’re usually out on the floor checking the grain quality or talking to the drivers.
