SAI SAMRUDDHII ESTATES AND INFRA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been over here in Madhapur at Flat 201 for a while now. Running Sai Samruddhii Estates and Infra Developers Private Limited isn't always easy, but we manage. People come to us when they need stuff done with land or building things around Hyderabad. It's busy in this part of town, you know? We just handle the day-to-day work from our office at 2/1-C. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, but we're usually here if someone needs to talk about a project. It’s mostly just us looking at plans and making sure things get built where they're supposed to be. We don't do anything fancy with our office setup, just desks and a lot of paper. Most of our time is spent out on sites anyway. Hyderabad is growing so fast, it feels like there is a new crane every time you look up. We just try to keep up with the pace. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on workers. We’ve seen the area change a lot since we started. If you’re looking for the office, it’s in that residential block, not one of the big glass towers. We prefer it that way because it's quieter. We just get on with the job and try to finish things on time. It’s hard work, but that’s just how it is in this business. We don't have many employees, just enough to get the work done without things getting too complicated.
