SAHASRAM DEVELOPERS LLP. We are based in Banjara Hills, right at 6 / 3 / 595 /1 in Padmavathi Nagar. It’s a well-known part of Hyderabad, so it’s easy for people to find us, though the traffic on the main road can be a nightmare during rush hour. Our office isn't as grand as you might expect for the area. It’s just a functional space where we handle all the developer paperwork and planning. We spend our mornings going through site reports and our afternoons usually involve visiting the actual projects. There’s always something that needs looking at, whether it’s a foundation or a roof. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing speak. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and timelines. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve been working together for quite a while now. We know the local regulations and the way things get done in this city. It’s a lot of coordination with different people, from architects to the guys on the ground. We have a lot of files and rolls of drawings taking up space on the tables. Sometimes we grab a quick bite from the local stalls nearby when things get busy. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just developers trying to get through the daily to-do list and make sure the buildings are solid. There is a small balcony where we go to get some fresh air between phone calls.
