Panjagutta is a busy part of Hyderabad, so there’s always a lot of energy around the building. Our office is inside an apartment complex, which keeps things feeling grounded. It’s not some big, sterile glass tower. We have neighbors who are families, and we see them in the halls. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers and some lab gear. We do biotech work, which sounds complicated, but we try to keep our daily routine pretty simple. We start early to beat the worst of the Panjagutta traffic. Sometimes we stay late when a project needs extra attention. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or a big boardroom. Most of our meetings happen around the main table with some coffee.
