Sabhyata Softech is based over in Miyapur, at Villa No-1 in the Aparna County complex. It is actually a bit of a different setting since we are in a residential area instead of a big office block. We are located right behind Mathrusri Nagar. It makes the workday feel a lot quieter and more relaxed than being in the middle of the city. The office is basically a converted villa, so it has a homey feel with separate rooms for different tasks. We’ve set up our workstations where the living areas would be. It’s a nice place to work because we can step outside for a bit of fresh air in the gardens when things get stressful. Most of the work we do is technical software stuff, so having a quiet environment really helps us concentrate. We don’t have any big signs out front or a corporate lobby. It’s just us and our computers. In the afternoons, we usually take a break for some tea and sit around the kitchen table to catch up. Miyapur has grown a lot lately, so there are plenty of new shops nearby if we need to pick anything up after work. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group that prefers this kind of quiet, practical setup. It works well for the kind of software projects we handle every day, away from the usual Hyderabad rush. It is a simple, focused way to run a business.
