Our base is over in Sikh Village, specifically at 21-A in the Awho Sector-B area of Secunderabad. It’s a quiet enough spot, which is good because dealing with land development can get pretty stressful with all the rules. Saasri Land Developers Private Limited is really just a group of us who work on figuring out how to use different plots of land around Hyderabad. We spend a lot of time looking at government records and walking across empty fields to see what can be done there. It’s not a high-speed job; it takes a lot of patience to get all the papers in order. Our office in Sikh Village is where we do all the boring stuff like filing and making phone calls to the municipality. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building and suits. We’re in a regular neighborhood where we can actually talk to the people who might end up living on the land we’re developing. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local landscape and the soil pretty well. Developing land sounds complicated, but it’s mostly just making sure the ground is ready and the legal side is clear before anyone starts digging foundations. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at a piece of dirt and see how it can become something useful for the community. It’s slow work but we enjoy seeing a project eventually come to life after months of planning and drawing in our little office. We just take it one plot at a time and keep things moving.
