Our place is in Misrigunj, right near Fatah Darvaja in Hyderabad. It’s a very old and busy part of the city, full of history and lots of narrow streets. We are registered as Saara Residencies Pvt Ltd. We deal with residential spaces, but we aren't some giant developer with a glass tower. Our office is tucked away in the neighborhood. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you aren't used to the area, but once you find Fatah Darvaja, you’re close. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite a while. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the sounds of the street all day—scooters, vendors, and people talking. We don't mind it; it keeps us feeling like we're part of the city. We have a couple of desks and a lot of old files from past projects. We aren't very polished or corporate. Usually, we just wear regular clothes and spend our time talking to contractors or checking on building sites. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen what we do. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us trying to make things work in a crowded city. If you decide to visit, be careful with the parking because the lanes are quite tight. We’re usually here until late evening.
