We are located on Road No. 1 in Banjara Hills, which is always a hectic place to be. Our office is inside Shivalik Plaza at 8-2-689/A. If you know this part of Hyderabad, you know the traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings. Saancom is just a small team working out of a few rooms here. The building itself is busy with all kinds of different businesses coming and going. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper piled up in the corners. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anyone to take your coat; we’re usually too busy with the technical work to worry about that. The windows look out over the road, so we get to see the city moving all day long. It can be a bit loud sometimes with the horns honking, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually grab lunch from one of the many spots around Banjara Hills, or someone might bring in some biryani if we’re feeling like a treat. We don’t really do formal stuff here; it’s more about just showing up and getting the IT work finished. Most of the people here have been around since the start, so we know how to work together without a lot of fuss. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of office where the main focus is just the daily tasks on our screens and getting through the projects we have on hand.
