We've been at Plot No.122 in Kavuri Hills for a while now. It's on the first floor of the Spaces and More Business Park, which is a busy spot in Shaikpet. The office is usually humming with people coming and going. S S SAI INFRA LLP isn't some massive corporation with a fancy lobby; we just have a practical space where we look at drawings and talk about site progress. The tea stall downstairs gets a lot of our money, especially during the summer heat in Hyderabad. Most of the time, our desks are covered in folders and blueprints that we're trying to make sense of. We spend a lot of our day on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why a delivery is late. It’s a lot of coordination work. Phase-1 of Kavuri Hills has changed a lot since we moved in. There are new buildings popping up everywhere you look. We try to keep things organized here, but with so many infra projects happening at once, it gets a bit hectic. Sometimes the elevators in the business park act up, so we end up taking the stairs to the first floor, which is good exercise I guess. We aren’t trying to be anything other than what we are—a group of people in an office working on infrastructure stuff. It’s mostly just making sure the numbers add up and the materials get where they need to go.
