We started Rw Software Solutions (Opc) Private Limited over here in Malakpet because it’s where we live and know people. Our office is at 16-2-738/C in Asmangadh, right near that BSNL bank everyone uses. Being an OPC means it’s a small operation, usually just a couple of us working on code and trying to keep things moving. The traffic in New Malakpet gets pretty bad in the evenings, so we end up staying late at our desks more often than not. We aren't some big flashy firm with a lobby or fancy coffee machines. It is just a regular room with computers and a lot of wires. Most days are spent fixing bugs or talking to folks about what they need their software to actually do. We’ve been at this for a bit now, just trying to make a living and handle the technical side of things for people who don't want to mess with it themselves. Sometimes the power flickers or the internet slows down, but we just get back to it when things are up again. It is a simple setup. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that, just us doing the work. If you walk past the bank and head toward the residential bits, you’ll find us. It’s quiet enough during the day to actually think, which helps when you’re staring at a screen for eight hours straight. We just take it one day at a time here.
