We have been running things from this spot in Rajendra Nagar for quite some time now. It is just an ordinary flat, number 1-8-195/1, and it serves us well enough for our daily operations. Most of our mornings usually kick off with a lot of tea and spreading out blueprints on the big table before the Hyderabad heat really starts to kick in. The area can be quite noisy with all the traffic passing by, but once we are inside, the focus is mostly on the technical details of the infrastructure projects we handle. Our office is not a fancy place with modern furniture or glass partitions. It is a practical workspace filled with desks, stacks of paper, and a few old computers. There are times when the power cuts out for an hour or so, and we just use that time to catch up on local news or chat. You can see how fast the Rangareddi district is growing just by looking out of our window at the new buildings going up. We try our best to keep all the paperwork organized, but on the busier days, it can get a little messy with people coming and going. It is definitely hard work and the hours are often long. We show up every single day, handle the tasks in front of us, and head home once the jobs are wrapped up. It’s a simple way of doing things, and it works for us without needing any big speeches.
