Rtt Technologies Private Limited is located at F-431, Block 3, in the Gandhinagar area of Hyderabad. Our specific door number is 1-4-945. It is a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character and it works for what we need. Gandhinagar is a central spot, so getting here isn't too difficult for most of the staff. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few rows of desks and a small area for files and storage. We aren't into the whole modern startup look. We just need a place that is quiet enough to think and work. Most of us have been in this industry for a while and we have seen a lot of changes, but we keep our operations pretty steady. We don't have a lot of meetings for no reason. If something needs to be said, we just walk over to each other's desks. It saves a lot of time. The atmosphere is relaxed but everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street when the afternoon slump hits. We don't spend time on flashy presentations about our history. We are just a bunch of tech workers in Hyderabad doing our daily jobs. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us.
