You can find Rshift Global at Flat No G-2, which is on the ground floor of Plot 113Rd No. 4. We are situated in the Deepthi Srinagar Colony area. It is a bit quieter back here than it is on the main roads of the city, which we appreciate. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs when we are carrying equipment in. We just walk right in and get started with the day. The office is pretty small and straightforward. We have the usual setup of desks, chairs, and computers that you would expect. We didn't spend a lot of money on fancy furniture or decor because that isn't what matters for the technical work we do. We mostly spend our time fixing IT issues and working through various service requests. There is a small window that looks out onto the street and we sometimes see the neighbors walking their dogs or going to the shop. The atmosphere is very laid back and quiet. We don't wear suits or have big meetings with fancy slides. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we go ahead and do it. Sometimes we order in some food if we are working through lunch to hit a tight deadline. It is a very human way of doing things. We are just regular people working in a quiet colony, trying to be useful.
