RR BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED has its office at Plot No.1183, H.No.8-3-430/1/23. We’re on the second floor in the NSC Colony over in YR Guda. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the view of the neighborhood is alright. We’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly focusing on local building projects around this part of Hyderabad. The office is usually full of half-drunk cups of tea and stacks of blueprints that need reviewing. We aren't the kind of people to wear suits and ties every day. We’re more comfortable in our work gear, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice to check on the progress. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the city offices and various suppliers. We don't have any grand promises to make to anyone. We just try to get the jobs finished without too many delays or extra costs. Sometimes the weather gets in the way or we have issues with labor, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We know our neighbors here in NSC Colony and like the local feel of the place. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to dress it up as something it's not. We just work hard and hope for the best on every project we take on. It’s what we do.
