Roydon Projects Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in Madhapur at Unit 1002 in the Shanmukha Empire building. We have been working from this spot in S.A Society for a while now. The address is Plot No.83-3, Sy No. 11/11, if you are looking for it on a map. Roydon Projects is just a small group of us trying to keep up with the work we have in the Rangareddi district. It is a busy part of Hyderabad, so there is always a lot of noise outside. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over the plans for whatever project is currently on our plate. It isn’t a fancy place with leather chairs and big screens. We just have our desks and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. The traffic near the office can be a real headache in the evenings. We try to get most of our site visits done before the rush starts. People stop by sometimes to ask questions, and we just tell them what is going on with the buildings. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. It is just a regular office where we do our daily tasks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site reports. We like being in Madhapur because everything is close by, even if it is crowded.
