Rkchakra Solutions Private Limited

We are located at Flat No 304 in Nandhini Residency, which is on P. No-15/A and 16/A in Addagutta, Bhagyanagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. Rkchakra Solutions started because a few of us wanted to work for ourselves instead of for a big firm. We do various types of solution-based work, mostly for other businesses who need help with their digital setups. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it’s got a very casual feel. We have desks set up in the main rooms and a lot of wires running along the floors. It’s not the prettiest place, but it’s functional. We spend a lot of time on calls or typing away. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing. There are no team-building exercises or anything like that. We just work. If someone is tired, they take a break. If someone has a better idea, we listen to it. It’s a very flat structure. Bhagyanagar is a good place to be based. It feels like a real community here. We’re just glad to have a space where we can do our thing without too much interference. Sometimes the power goes out, and we all just sit around and talk until it comes back on. That is just life here. We like the way things are going so far.
