Ameerpet is a busy place. We are on the 3rd floor of Doyen Chamber. It's right next to Sarathi Studio. We've been doing this for a while now. Dealing with land and townships takes up most of our day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done. People come in to ask about plots and where things are heading in the area. We try to keep things straightforward. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, but it's a good spot to be in. We handle a lot of different files and maps. It's mostly just us sitting here making sure the details are right. If you’re looking for the building, just look for the studio next door. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who want to move further out where there is more space. It’s a lot of back and forth with the registry and checking boundaries. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to do the job we started. Most days are quiet until a group of people comes in with questions about a specific layout. We know this neighborhood well. The stairs up to the third floor are a bit steep but you get used to it. We keep our records in these big cabinets. It is a lot of paper. That's just how we work here in Ameerpet.
