Our office is located in the Oasis Centre right on the Main Road in Begumpet. We are up in Flat No. 501 at H.No 6-3-1112. Being in the middle of Begumpet means it's always noisy with cars outside, but it's a handy spot for people to visit us. We are Rithu Sree Developers Llp. We mostly work on development projects around Hyderabad. It’s a busy city and there is always a new building going up somewhere. We spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to build on it. It’s a small team here. We aren't fancy and we don't use big corporate words. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days we have too much tea and spend hours arguing over floor plans or permits. It’s just how it goes when you’re trying to get things right. The office is a bit crowded sometimes with all the paperwork piled on the desks. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most of our clients just come by the office to talk things over face to face. We don't do those big shiny brochures. We’d rather just show you the work we are doing at the actual sites. Hyderabad is growing fast and we are just happy to be a small part of it. It’s hard work, but we like doing it this way without any unnecessary polish or corporate talk.
