Rishennya Software Services Private Limited is over in the Uppal area of Hyderabad. Specifically, we are at H.NO.8-30-4/3, which is Plot No. 91/A in New Hemanagar. It is a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part. The office is a basic house setup. We have a few rooms dedicated to the different things we handle. It's not a fancy glass-and-steel building, just a regular brick-and-mortar place. We have a small porch where the postman leaves the mail. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and chairs. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle in the small kitchen area. The team is small, so we all know each other well. Sometimes the neighbors’ dogs bark a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. Working in Uppal is good because it’s away from the worst of the city center traffic, though the commute still has its moments. We keep things very informal here. There are no big meetings with slides; we just sit down and talk about what needs to happen. We've got our routine down. Everyone comes in, does their bit, and we usually head out by the evening. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place. We just focus on the work that comes in and try to stay on top of everything. The 500039 area has been a good home for us for quite some time.
