Ripuraj Agro Private Limited is located over at 57, Trimulgherry. It’s a place where we spend most of our daylight hours. The building isn't new, it has some character, and the neighborhood is pretty familiar to us by now. Being in the agro sector means we deal with a lot of practical stuff. It’s not a desk job where you just stare at a screen all day, though there is plenty of that too. We have people coming and going, trucks sometimes, and plenty of talk about the weather and crops. It’s just a basic operation here. We don't have a marketing team writing fancy slogans for us. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone or checking the stock. Trimulgherry has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over time. Some days are slow and we just sit around the office, other days it’s a total mess with everyone shouting. We try to keep it simple. There’s no big corporate ladder here, just a group of people working. The office has a few old chairs and a lot of notebooks. We don't use much high-tech gear unless we absolutely have to. It’s about getting the work out the door and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. If you’re ever around this side of town, you might see us out front during a break.
