Our place is located in Chikkadpally at Janki Rama Apartments, specifically room 101. If you know the area, you know it gets quite crowded with all the shops and people moving around. The building is an older one, but it has a bit of character. Rexhyd.Com is basically run from this first-floor space where we have set up our systems and desks. It can get a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside on the main road, but we have gotten used to the sound of horns and buses over time. The office is usually filled with stacks of papers and a few old computer monitors we haven't found a place for yet. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing away at the keyboards. There is a small pantry area where we keep the kettle, and the tea breaks are probably the most important part of our afternoon. It is a tight-knit group here, just a few of us handling the daily operations. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights outside, just the name on the door like everyone else in the complex. Sometimes the power flickers when it rains hard, which is just part of living and working in this part of Hyderabad. We just keep things moving along and try to stay on top of the work that comes in through the website.
